The shoulders and neck can be a 'hot spot' for holding tension, especially if we spend a lot of time sitting at a desk, driving a car, spending times on our 'screens', and extended periods of nursing and carrying little ones. Even if you don't spend a lot of time sitting, shoulders can feel like they magnetise tension! Such stress and tension patterns cause restriction and a sense of hinderance of movement / mobility.
